Remembering Richard Anderson ‘44

[Posted September 10, 2017] One of Hollywood’s most respected – and recognized – character actors, was also a Uni alum: Richard Anderson ‘44. He passed away on August 31, at age 91. He was most popularly known as Oscar Goldman, the government’s supervisor of the “Six Million Dollar Man” and “The Bionic Woman” that ran on ABC between 1974 and 1978. David Nwaba ‘11 moves from Lakers to Chicago

Uni girls win All-City Division IV Softball crown!

[Posted June 10, 2017] Coach Jason Tillett and his softballers finished their regular 6-10 overall and had a 4-8 mark in the Western League, with wins over Fairfax, Westchester (2) and LACES. Uni was then seeded no. 1 in the City’s Division IV playoff bracket, and won all four of its games to become City Champions! The Wildcats clubbed, in order, Elizabeth HS, 11-1; Jefferson, 14-4; Triumph Charter, 15-0 and won the title over Rivera HS, 10-3, at Cal State Dominguez Hills.
